Hypnosis Explained

How does hypnosis work?

Hypnosis is the middle ground in between being awake and asleep, where your brain is highly creative and accepting towards novel ways of thinking. While you’re relaxed and focused at the same time, hypnosis can delve deep into your subconscious and change the way you think.

Can anybody be hypnotized?

Yes, everyone is hypnotizable to some extent. At the end of the day it is a collaborative effort between you and me to show you the journey into your mind!

Why is this better than coaching or meditation?

Hypnosis is surgically targeted towards your specific objective. You can think of it like me taking you on a journey into the depths of your mind to show you the different ways you could be tackling your objective.

Why don’t I just listen to a generic hypnosis recording online?

Two reasons. Many hypnosis recordings online are poor in quality and, nowadays, AI-generated. And what I create is specific to you. I take my role as your personal hypnotist very seriously, and I craft your personalized recording with the utmost intention and care. Why are you so passionate about hypnosis?

From getting into Harvard and Yale at 17, speaking at the Yale graduation, learning French to business fluency in six weeks, and performing on stages in Portuguese and Spanish, I have used hypnosis routines and protocols to help me succeed in life. My life is frankly incredibly easy, because I have hypnotized myself to distinguish what is important and what is not, and I want nothing more than for you to experience the same feeling.
