How to Use Your Guided Meditation

This only works if you work it. Hypnosis is the art of conscious repetition, so you must listen to this multiple times for it to truly change your life. Here is exactly what to do.

  1. Pick one recording and write your goal down.
    Be very specific about the type of inner transformation you want and when you want it by. Read it to yourself before every session and picture yourself already in this internal state: how you feel, how you stand, how you speak.
  2. Listen every day for 21 days straight.
    This is the part most people skip, but it is the part that matters most. Your mind builds new patterns through repetition, not motivation. Take care of your future self by listening for three full weeks. Put it into your schedule if you need to.
  3. Give it your full attention.
    Never listen while driving or operating machinery. Ideally you are in a quiet spot where you can put headphones in and close your eyes.
  4. Keep the faith.
    The moment you know you can change, you will change. It can be scary entering a new state of mind, no matter how positive it sounds, but trust me, that is the internal work required to reach your goal.
